The effect of OBD-Plus Biofertilizer applied alone and in combination with inorganic fertilizer on the yield of sweet potato. Application of either organic fertilizer or in combination with inorganic fertilizer gave significantly higher root yield (P < 0.05) than the control. Inorganic fertilizer applied at the recommended rate [300 kg NPK (20:10:10)/ha] also gave higher yield than the control.  OBD-Plus Biofertilizer at either 7.5t/ha or 5.0t/ha gave sweet potato root yield that did not differ from the yield obtained with the recommended rate of inorganic fertilizer Federal Ministry of Agriculture National Root Crops Research Institute (NRCI) Umudike Sweet Potatoes Agronomic and Breeding Field Trials:  OBD-Organic Fertilizer
